Shipping policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery.
*We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen, and incorrectly delivered shipments.
*Once your package has been shipped out, we are no longer responsible for any new occurring damaged, misplaced, stolen or lost packages. Your package is in the responsibility of the shipping carrier once it leaves our facility.
*If the postal carrier confirms a successful delivery report and denies your claims, we are not held responsible in which we cannot issue any refunds, credits or reimbursements.
PROCESSING TIME (2-4 days)
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment centre by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take 2-4 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2-4 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Some orders may take longer to process.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
The estimated timelines for delivery and transit are included below for your reference. Please note that this estimated time does not include processing times. Please make sure to add on an extra 2-4 days on top of the estimated shipping time. Orders to destinations begin from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This depends on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL *varies by region* (10-22 business days or up to 75 business days)

TRACKING
All orders will be receive a tracking number where you can track your products from shipping to delivery. The email you provide at check out will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes all of the shipping and tracking information (please make sure your email box is not full and that the email address is correctly written).
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
At Aleeya Beauty, we always ensure that all products are in proper condition before shipping them out. Our company has a database to keep track of each and every single customer's order to ensure that during the packaging process, we never miss any items. All orders are packaged efficiently and with care to ensure no mistakes.
All lashes are handcrafted and may have a slight difference. Products are made with care and quality to meet your needs.
Once your package has been shipped out, we are no longer responsible for any new occurring damaged, misplaced, stolen or lost packages.
LOST AND RETURNED PACKAGES
In the case that the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect and your package is delivered back to our facility, you are responsible for the extra return and shipping fee for us to retrieve your package and re-ship it.
For international orders: If your package is being returned, the carrier automatically disposes of it.
